A hybrid film workflow is a chain of records and files: negative identification, development information, scan method, master preservation, derivatives, backups, proofing, and delivery. One attractive scan does not create an archival workflow. This planner shows which links are declared and which still need evidence.
A lab-developed roll with a documented scan can still be fragile if the master is not retained separately or the only copy stays on one drive. Record the roll identifier, development path, scan settings, and master location. Keep working derivatives distinct from the master, make independent backup copies, proof the final output, and confirm delivery. The checklist does not certify the archive; it exposes the next missing link.
