Reciprocity failure is stock and process specific. A useful planner must not invent a generic correction curve. Instead, enter the correction data you have from a manufacturer, lab, or controlled test, keep that source attached to the result, and refuse to extrapolate past the provided range.
If your supplied table maps 10 seconds metered to 20 seconds adjusted, the displayed change is one stop. A value between two supplied table times can be interpolated on the time scale, but a result outside the table remains unavailable. Record the stock, source, exposure, development, and scan result so a future test is comparable rather than anecdotal.
