Color-managed delivery is a chain of declared conditions: the working file, the provider's requirements, any supplied profile, the proofing step, and the final export. A profile name or rendering-intent label cannot guarantee a match. This planner makes missing decisions visible so the final file follows the actual provider path instead of a generic tutorial.
If a provider supplies a documented profile and file specification, record both, retain the master, soft proof through that profile if appropriate, and order a proof. If no profile is supplied, do not invent one. Ask the provider what file path they expect and judge the physical result. A local colour inspector can describe decoded pixels, but it cannot certify a print.
This is a planning calculation, not a certification. Confirm the relevant camera, lens, card, printer, contract, location, or workflow constraint in the real setup before relying on the result.
Compare the chosen crop and output at the intended physical size and viewing distance. A proof is more informative than a generic PPI or quality label because it includes the actual subject, processing, paper, and display context.
