A delivery date is not just an editing estimate. Capture volume, the number of images kept, review speed, export work, and revision allowance all consume time. This planner turns those assumptions into a visible budget, so the first decision is whether the promised result fits the available hours before a schedule problem becomes an emergency.

Cull 1,200 captures at 800 images per hour, keep 15 percent, edit 180 finals at 25 per hour, then add one hour for export and two hours for revisions. The plan totals about 11.7 hours. If only eight hours are available, the shortfall is not solved by hiding it in a rate. Agree whether to reduce keeps, simplify editing, change timing, or add capacity.
